Watching his family experience the joys of life are what Will
Peterson loves most. Watching his boys grow up and ‘come into their own’ each day
is something he loves to talk about. And he’s proud of his wife, Brook, and her
ability to manage a household with two young ones, Jase, 6, and Ty, 3.
As Phoebe
Putney’s Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, he sees first-hand the
challenges of being a manager, but is excited about being able to author
innovative approaches towards the enhancement of overall employee well-being.
He wants to make a difference in the lives of Phoebe employees through their
individual health and wellness.
“I want to
be remembered as someone who used what time God blessed him with on this earth
to leave his surroundings, his community, his employer, and his family in a
better state than what he inherited,” says the avid outdoorsman.
“One’s
legacy is defined by the positive impact he or she has made on those they do
not even realize they impacted.”
