Testimonials

  • LA was one of the greatest things in my development as a leader and a new person in the Community. It challenged me about what I had assumed about myself and why I needed the others that were in this class with me! The number of times I have called on my classmates since my May graduation is too many to recall. EVERY one in that room I now consider leaders that will attack the issues that must be addressed!

LA 2016 - MEET THE CLASS: DOMINIQUE HALL

Published on 7/24/2015
Dominique Hall
Occupation: HR Project Manager (Dougherty County Board of Commissioners) and Adjunct Accounting Instructor (Albany Technical College)

Dominique Hall has made the most of her 8 years in the human resources profession; having worked in nearly every facet of the industry during her relatively-short tenure. She says she loves the fact that her industry is always changing and while keeping up with changes to the HR law can be a challenge, its one that she accepts eagerly.
Hall loves helping other people, both in and out of the office. She says she gleans the most joy out of life when she’s helping others both personally and professionally. In her spare time, she often finds herself trying to think outside of the box to help someone get the knowledge or resources they need to overcome a challenge.
When she’s not at work, you can sometimes find her being dragged behind her mom as the two go out shopping (she’s not a fan, but loves the quality time she gets with her mom.)
She’s also a self-admitted “Google” addict and admits that it would be hard to give up. If a question pops up between her and her friends of family, she heads straight to Google to find the answer.
She’s also the proud mother of a Siberian husky, whom she loves despite its irritating shedding.
