Matt Reed loves getting to know people throughout Georgia. As President and CEO of Georgia CEO, his daily business news emails have grown from their roots in Albany, to Valdosta, Columbus, Middle Georgia, Metro Atlanta, Athens, Savannah, Augusta and, coming soon, Newnan.

“As an entrepreneur of a media company, I enjoy being able to focus on the positive, local business news of these communities across the state,” says the Albany native. “Being able to provide encouragement and focus on positivity for these communities is the biggest passion of mine professionally.”

Matt and his wife of almost one year, Kelsey, enjoy traveling and keep a bucket list of new and exciting places they’d like to visit. One of their favorite spots, however, is right at home in Albany grilling out and enjoying time with their families, who both live here, as well.

A self-proclaimed Sports Talk Radio enthusiast, Matt is most enthusiastic professionally about building relationships with others and investing in the community he lives in.
